Dear circle of friends of Edmonton Native Healing Centre, Staff and board send you, Blessings of great joy, love and peace during this sacred season. For some of us we have focused on the changing Solstice and reflecting on Creator’s goodness and light over this past year. The Christian tradition focuses on the Baby Jesus in the manger and his gift of light to our world. However you choose to celebrate during this sacred season this is our smudge and prayer for you. Do your best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse. Put into practice what you learned from Creator!
